Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number sent straight to your email. Just make sure your contact info is correct at checkout so you don’t miss any updates.

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order hits the mail. I personally prep every package with care and intention — thank you for your patience while I work my magic.
⏳ How long will delivery take?
Shipping time depends on where you are and any delays with the postal service. Just know we’re moving as fast as we can to get your crown care to your doorstep.
💬 Does your product work for alopecia?
Our products are packed with growth-boosting ingredients, but I haven’t personally tested them for alopecia — so I can’t guarantee results. That said, many of our herbs are known for supporting healthy regrowth.
👶 Is it safe for babies or toddlers?
Yes, Meré Naturals is gentle enough for all ages. Just be sure to patch test first — every scalp is different, and we always want to play it safe.
🕒 When will I see results?
With consistent use, many see results within 2–4 weeks. But every head of hair has its own journey — stay consistent, and your crown will flourish in due time.

✏️ Can I change my order or shipping info?
If you need to make changes, email us within 30 minutes to 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your crown care may already be in motion, and changes aren’t guaranteed — but we’ll do our best!

💧 How often should I use the Hair Grower Growth Oil?
Massage a few drops into your scalp 2–3 times a week, or treat yourself to a weekly hot oil treatment. Listen to your hair — it’ll let you know what it needs.
💸 Can I get a refund?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing us your order number and reason. If it’s already on the way, we’ll need to receive and inspect the return before issuing any eligible refunds.
📦 What if my package is lost or damaged?
